How are your cutting boards made and engraved?
Each board is a high-grade natural wood. Personalization is achieved by using a state-of-the-art laser engraver. Each board is completed with an application of food-grade mineral oil for the board's protection; therefore, you get a beautifully FINISHED cutting board! We engrave one side of the board with the selected design for display purposes, while the other side is the functional side and can be used for cutting and chopping.
Where do I put what I want engraved on my board? How do I make changes to my personalization details?
Please put all personalization details (names, dates, est., etc.), according to the design selected, in the “Add Notes” box located just above "drag or drop your files" in each listing. This is the only place to leave your personalization details that will appear on the board. We copy and paste what is provided, be sure to double-check the spelling and make sure all of your information is correct. If you need to make changes to your personalization details, please let us know as soon as possible. The sooner we receive the change, the better chance we have to making it. However, once the board is engraved, additional charges will apply to any change needed.
Can I get a custom design on my board?
Yes, absolutely. Email us what you have in mind and your artwork (as a PDF, EPS, PNG or SVG file). If you know the board size and wood type you'd like for the project, please include that information. We will get back to you with any questions and a quote for your custom product. Can you send a photo of the finished board? Will I receive a mock-up or proof of my order?
Unfortunately, we do not send photos of finished products. We copy and paste your personalized message from the order. If you send a photo or artwork for a custom sign or board, we are happy to email you a proof before engraving. Please note that you would like a proof in the "Add Notes" field.
I'm sending this as a gift. Do you ship the receipt or invoice with my package?
We never ship the receipt or invoice with your package. If the item is marked as a gift, we are happy to include a note with the item.
Will I get confirmation of my order?
As soon as you place an order, we will send an order confirmation email to the email address you've provided. This is to confirm that we have received your order and pre-authorized your payment method.
I placed my order but did not receive a confirmation email. Why?
If you recently placed an order and didn't immediately receive a confirmation email from us, there might be a problem such:
- There might have been a misspelling when you entered your email address during checkout.
- Our emails might be going to your junk or spam folder.
- Your email server has very strong spam filters and is identifying our emails as spam so the emails aren't going through.

Why do you need my phone number?
UPS request a contact number to ensure smooth delivery of your order. We do not disclose your information to anyone else, it is kept private and confidential. Additionally, if there are any issues with your order, we can contact you.
Is it safe to buy online through your website?

How long does it take for me to receive my order?
Personalized gifts/gift orders are fulfilled within three business days. Live-edge wood bath boards and charcuterie board orders are fulfilled within seven business days. Promotional items depend on the quantity of the order. The timetable will be discussed when bulk orders are processed.
Standard Shipping: Up to 3 business days for processing the order plus 2 - 5 business days shipping*
Expedited: Next business day for processing the order + 2 - 5 business days shipping*

How do I make changes to my shipping address?
"Help! My order is being shipped to the wrong address!" You can only make changes to your shipping address within the first 24 hours of ordering. Please contact us via email with any changes. The sooner we receive the request, the more likely we are to get the change made. If your order has already shipped, unfortunately, it is out of our hands. Only the receiver of the package can reroute it. Please contact UPS to get your package rerouted to the correct address. If your order is returned to us and is deemed “Undeliverable as Addressed”, you will be charged an extra shipping fee before we reship your order.
